James earned a BBS with a major in Accounting from University of Houston, Clear Lake in 1985. He has been a member of the firm since 1996. His areas of expertise include tax compliance, personal & corporate tax preparation and trust tax planning. Nancy earned a BBA in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1993. She has been a member of the firm since graduation. Nancy specializes in assisting new practitioners establish their accounting systems and controls.
Wayne earned a BBA in accounting from Texas A&&M University in 1971. He has been a member of the Langley, O'Grady & Associates accounting team since 1982. Prior to joining the firm, Wayne served as a Controller for a large oil field equipment manufacturer.
Ross has participated in 3 summer internships and returned to the Firm as a full-time employee in the summer of 2006. Previously, he served as an audit and assurance associate from 2004-2006 at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. He earned a Master in Professional Accounting degree as well as a BBA degree from The University of Texas at Austin. Professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ross is a member of the Medical Group Management Association.

Gabriela earned her BBA and certification in accounting from Universidad del Valle de Atemajac (UNIVA) of Mexico in 1997. Prior to joining Langley, O'Grady & Associates, she worked for 9 years as Director of Financial Operations for a large medical practice in Houston. Gabriela specializes in medical management, vendor relations, and accounting.
Tara earned a BBA degree in Finance and Banking from Sam Houston State University in 2009. Prior to joining Langley, O'Grady & Associates, she worked for several years in the banking industry as an operations specialist.
